Oro Imperial Earns Gold and Double Gold at 2017 San Francisco World Spirits Competition
Oro Imperial earned a trio of medals- all gold- at the recent 2017 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. In its debut competition, Oro Imperial was awarded Double Gold for the Silver and Gold for both the Reposado and Anejo. According to the SFWSC, spirits awarded the Gold and Double Gold are considered exceptional and the pinnacle of achievement in their category; setting the standard for all others of their type.
Now in its 17th year and widely regarded as the nation’s largest and most important spirits competition, SFWSC drew a record-breaking 2,252 entries from all corners of the world. Products are evaluated by a 43-member judging panel in a blind, consensual procedure ensuring the SFWSC maintains its reputation for the highest level of integrity.
